Questions
What does tracked to the booked job mean?
Every call and form carries its source into the CRM. When the job is booked, the report shows which channel produced it and what it cost. Clicks and impressions are not the measure.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The site, the Google Business Profile, the ad accounts, the CRM and the phone number are set up in your name. If we part ways, they stay with you.
Do you work with businesses outside Arizona?
Yes. Doug is in California and Tel is in New York. Current clients are in Arizona, Michigan and Mexico.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Marketing runs as a monthly retainer by practice area, priced by revenue band. Builds are a fixed package. See Pricing.
